These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and hemat138 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://hemat138.cam and all associated products, games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

To register and maintain an account on hemat138, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the hemat138 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. hemat138 accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

hemat138 reserves the right to request identity documents (including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method) at any stage of your account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By using the hemat138 platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept the following:

• All gambling activities on hemat138 carry inherent financial risk. You accept that you may lose some or all funds wagered.
• You will not use any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents normal human usage patterns.
• You will not attempt to exploit any technical error, system vulnerability, or software fault to gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players.
• You will access the Platform only through officially supported browsers and devices. Use of VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited.
• All intellectual property on the Platform — including brand assets, game content, and software — belongs to hemat138 or its licensed partners. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is permitted without prior written consent.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hemat138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) through the following approved payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at its discretion.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional KYC verification procedures. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. hemat138 targets processing times of under 5 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals, and up to 24 hours for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to verification requirements.

6.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

hemat138 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. In such cases, the Company may request additional documentation before proceeding.

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral credits, and other incentive programmes offered by hemat138 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are issued at hemat138's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already accepted and begun utilising an active offer.
• Each eligible Player may claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be requested for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to accounts other than the account to which they were issued.
• hemat138 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of the spirit of the promotion.
• Promotional offers are subject to maximum bet limits during any active wagering period. Placing bets that exceed these limits may void the associated bonus.

All sports betting activities — including markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other sporting events — and all casino game sessions are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are placed and settled in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Quoted odds reflect the payout multiplier applied to the stake at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the system. hemat138 will not cancel or modify confirmed bets on grounds of Player error.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or network interruption during an active game round or bet, hemat138 will attempt to resolve the session in accordance with the logged game state at the time of interruption. Where resolution is not possible, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and live feeds from licensed data providers. hemat138 does not guarantee the accuracy of real-time sports data displayed on the Platform and accepts no liability for discrepancies between displayed and actual results.
• hemat138 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by confirmed match-fixing, data corruption, or obvious pricing errors.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet or game session apply and will be published in the relevant game or market rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hemat138 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where warranted:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or artificially inflate wagering activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any betting strategy designed specifically to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activities, or process funds on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information to the Platform or its support team.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying logic of any game, system, or Platform component.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards hemat138 staff or other users through any communication channel.

hemat138 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or an authorised third party acting on their behalf.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations that require the Company to restrict access to certain users or jurisdictions.

Upon account closure by the Player's own request, any remaining balance (excluding void bonuses or funds under investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification and outstanding wagering obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hemat138, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform, including losses attributable to game outcomes, odds fluctuations, or betting decisions made by the Player.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service outages.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or FPX.

In any event where hemat138 is found liable to a Player, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hemat138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data transmitted through the Platform. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.
